REV Endurance Sports wants your shopping experience to be the best in the business. For that reason we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused/unworn item(s) including all original tags and packaging at your expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please read the details below as some restrictions apply. There is no need to contact REV Endurance Sports prior to returning an item as an RA number is not required.
Swim
Wetsuits, goggles, swimwear and apparel may only be returned if unused. All manufacturer tags and original packaging must be intact and the item may not have been worn in the water. REV Endurance Sports understands that proper fit is critical and we encourage you to try these items on in the comfort of your home. If the fit or style is not to your liking you have 30 days to return the item.

Bike
Purchasing a new bike can be just as exciting as it is nerve racking. Shop with peace of mind knowing that REV Endurance Sports offers the same 30 day satisfaction guarantee on bikes as it does on other products. Furthermore, REV Endurance Sports' trained sales staff is here to assist you in selecting the right size bike before making your purchase. If you wish to return a bike, the bike must be unused, professionally packed, and returned in the condition in which it was received. If the bike is returned damaged or deemed ineligible for resale, the bike will be sent back to you at your expense. Bikes returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if bikes are returned for REV Endurance Sports store credit or if the bike is being exchanged for another bike.

Run
REV Endurance Sports offers a huge selection of all your running needs. While most items can be returned for refund within 30 days, there are some items that cannot be returned. Running shoes, apparel, hats, visors, and socks may be returned as long as they are unused with all manufacturer tags and original packaging in tact. To ensure all REV Endurance Sports products meet health guidelines the following items may not be returned: Used water bottles, used hydration belts, food, nutrition and saddles that have been ridden.

Wheels
Whether your new wheels are for training or racing, REV Endurance Sports wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. REV Endurance Sports will accept the return of your wheel(s) within 30 days of purchase as long as the wheel(s) have not been glued, mounted with tires, or had a cassette installed.

Sale Items
If you purchase an item from REV Endurance Sports while it is on sale and you are not completely satisfied, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The merchandise must be unused/unworn and all original tags and packaging must be intact to receive a refund.

Clearance/Closeout Items
All purchases from the REV Endurance Sports Clearance or Closeouts are FINAL. Items on Clearance sale or Closeout Items MAY NOT BE RETURNED unless the item is defective.  The item does not always have to be represented on the website with the words "CLOSEOUT" or "CLEARANCE" a strikethrough on the price indicating a significant discount can and will suffice as an indication to the consumer that the item is on closeout or clearance.

Special Orders
If you wish to purchase a non-inventory or custom item from REV Endurance Sports we are happy to accommodate most cases. However, all Special Order sales are final. No exceptions.

Damaged Item
Prior to shipping, REV Endurance Sports inspects every item ordered to ensure quality and accuracy. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact REV Endurance Sports Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. Please keep the box and all packaging material as this will assist in expediting a replacement item.

Wrong / Defective Item
If you receive the wrong item please contact REV Endurance Sports Customer Service. If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect and it is within 30 days of purchase you may contact REV Endurance Sports Customer Service. If more than 30 days have passed please contact the manufacturer for technical support. Each brand REV Endurance Sports offers has a detailed website with contact and support information available. If you have any questions regarding a manufacturer's website or contact information, feel free to REV Endurance Sports Customer Service.

Promotions
If you receive a free gift with your purchase and decide to return your order, please send the free gift back with your return. Free Gifts which are not returned will be billed to you by deducting its’ value from your refund.

Exchanges
REV Endurance Sports has the easiest exchange program in the business. If you’ve ordered an item that doesn’t fit, feel, or look right follow these easy steps to exchange the item. Simply login to your account and place a new order for the item you need. Due to the rapid changes in REV Endurance Sports inventory it is best to place a new order as soon as possible to ensure availability. At your convenience, return the item you don’t want for a full refund. Our mailing address is located on the bottom of the packing slip received with your order. Keep in mind you have 30 days to return an item. Once the returned item is received by REV Endurance Sports, a refund is applied and your exchange is complete.

Refunds
REV Endurance Sports processes refunds once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our returns department. If you received free shipping because of a promo and your return brings the order total below $100 REV Endurance Sports will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
